CorpLogoWare Shuts DownIn an e-mail to employees this morning that was obtained by Counselor, CorpLogoWare announced that it is ceasing business operations. The note, which was signed by company CFO Bob Evers, said that the move is effective as of today.
"After multiple attempts over the last several weeks to find alternate funding, please be advised that CorpLogoWare Inc. has determined to cease operations and commence an orderly wind-down," the e-mail stated. "Accordingly, as of March 17, 2008, CLW will no longer be operating and will focus on maximizing the value of its assets to apply against creditor's claims in their order of legal priority."
