E-Commerce Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer

Our company strongly believes in developing our people into the future leaders of our organization. We find individuals that have goal oriented minded or have a strong Internet/Graphic background tend to excel in our marketing team as E-Commerce Marketing Assistant & Graphic Designer.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining all web content including Internet eMarketing and magazine display advertisements, sales sopies, promotional product description, creating new product catalog, responsible for maintaining overall design and outlook of all Lantor’s web sites.
- Develop and coordinate all aspects of email marketing, including design, content, offers, segmentation, testing and deployment.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase web site conversion rate, visitors and frequency of visits.
- Monitor, analyze, and report with recommendations in all areas of performance of Lantor’s web sites as well as marketing tactics to upper management .
- Working with IT programmer to manage all aspects of search engine marketing programs for each Lantor’s web site.
- Continually review web trends, customers and marketing needs and make recommendations and implement as needed to stay current.
- Proactively develop business cases for the acquisition of new tools/updates to web applications.
- Look for other online marketing and media opportunities to drive new customers to the Lantor’s web sites.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone with basics marketing experience with excellent communication and organizational skills and the desire to work for a growing company. New College Graduates welcome.

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business or other related field. Marketing internships experiences is a plus.
- Basic Marketing experience, include data entry, research and reporting.
- Must self manage well and prioritize work flow. Ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly.
- Must possess excellent English written and oral communication and organizational skills with the ability to work within a growing company with increasing needs.
- Possess high competency level in MS Office products – Excel, Word, and Power Point.
- Possess knowledge of Internet Graphic Design Applications: HTML, Photo Shop CS2/3, Image Ready and Illustrator (Adobe), Working experiences with Flash and Freehand (Macromedia); Multi Ad Creator (Creative Pro) useful.
- Previous experience and interest in an E-commerce organization is a plus.
